I bought X4labs after no gains using the A•penis. At the beginning i thought all extenders were the same. I thought it was not rocket science. But now, i bought one extender for nothing and it is total 100% sunch costs. So i m writing this report to help people not to loose hundreds of dollars.

So after buying the x4labs and start using it, i started to look into the other available extenders on me market. And i discovered there were far from being as you as the x4labs.

The first thing this is the fastening system choice. That's very good because the noose may work for some like me and the comfort strap will work for other people with different penis anatomy.

Then, the x4labs is robust, and it doesn't "dismantle" from one day to another. It means my X4labs is adjusted at the right length. When i remove it on the evening,and when i put it on once again, i need to do minor adjustement. And it takes like 30 seconds to do so.

Then, we got another thing... the quality of the foam pads and plastic tubes. You may think it is a thing that has a very small importance. But in fact it is almost the other way around. The most important is to be able to keep a good grip. Plastic tube needs to last a long time because you put them on and off from the plastic head. It needs to be not too big and not too small to fit your penis head in it and get a good grip.

The foam pad is also VERY important. It is important because a good foam pad will avoid your penis head to slip away. The x4labs is delivered with memory foam pad, and it looks like it is the best to get grip because it will adapt the shape of your penis head. Conversely, i had many problem with the foam pads from a•penis. There were not memory foam pads. And more importantly they used to burn me, when it is slipped away. In fact i never succeeded in getting grip with a-penis.

Also the traction springs are well adjusted for the traction. It is not too much so you can survive high traction.

In fact, there are lots of things like it that makes me think x4labs is a very good product. But because of that, i am very doubtful when i go to other forums and when i see people saying they had gains with other products that have not the same quality.

I encourage to read my post about my post with a-penis and you will understand what i am talking about. I really don't see how it is possible to wear some x4labs competitors. a-penis spring traction is way to high and it is hurting even with the smallest traction. Other extender don't have the bar adjustment option. Others have poor quality foams. Others taken lots of minutes to take it on and off. All the extenders may look the same from the internet pictures but i can tell you it is far from being the same.


i am not into looking for tracking 0.01 cm gain. I know i got gain, but i waiting for enough gain to see a difference in sexual intercourses. That's my goal.
