Help! Discoloration/Coldness

Guys,

I simply cannot get any stretching to take place WITHOUT turning my head a purplish color and becoming cold to the touch. If I'm not strapping in tight enough, I slip out. I'm basically applying just enough tightness to not slip out and it still discolors and gets cold. I've had this thing for a few weeks now and I haven't been able to use it for more than 15 minutes!! What are you guys doing to prevent this?

The way I get around this is by partially strapping down, then kegling blood/using my hand to force blood into the head until its big and hard then strap down all the way. I still get purple but not cold or numb just cool feeling sometimes. This has prevented me from slipping and this is what I do every time now to prevent slipping and get a better stretch. Afterwards squeeze the head of all the old / purple blood and message until warm/ back to original color again when done stretching.

Gmr19,
One item that you did not mention is the warming up phase. Application of some mild heat and hand massaging/manipulations loosens penile tissues and increases circulation "activity". A cold dick will resist stretching and will ( with unbelievable and dogged demeanor ) retract itself, causing what you see, as slippage. Even after fastening in, a bit more heat can allow tissue expansion which facilitates the "stretch" process, keep circulation better, and help out with what you are experiencing.
Just go easy with the grams until you get used to things.

Your unit will eventually get conditioned to withstand the pressure. I was lucky to hit 20 to 30 minutes the first 4 to 6 weeks before I had to take it out.

Your goal should be to strap it in with enough pressure it won't slip out at 600 grams. If you only go 20 minutes ohh well, take it out refresh with a 5 min jelq and go again. To this day I can't go past an hour.

I can hit an hour with my first session and the last two hours are typically one 40 minute session then I finish it off with a few 30s, maybe a 20. Just what ever I can squeeze in to top off the 3 hour mark.

Don't worry about the time of the session, worry about the total time you get in that day. Don't get me wrong the longer you don't have to mess with refreshing and strapping the more time you can get in. But at the end of the week gram hours = gains. Not the length of time before you have to refresh.

Shouldn't the instructions say to warm it up first? I haven't been doing this.

Hi gmr19,
As Dangler mentioned warming up loosens things up, additionally keeping warm also helps a tremendous amount. I put a tight knit sock over the unit to keep out the cold and feel that this also accelerates your gains. I really recommend everyone to try it.
