I have been using the x4 for the past year and a half inconsistently but have seen gains when i wore the device consistently. I just recently ordered the quad support and i firmly believe this will deffinately enhance the gains. I'm going to start a log and post my gains every week to see if the quad support is as good. right now i am about 6.5 inches and hope to reach atleast 7.5 over the course of the next 4-6 months
