Newby101 *New* Week 12! Measurements

** I would like to note I'm mainly focusing on BPEL for length as since I'm loosing weight I expect my regular EL will go faster as more fat comes off. I am not a heavy person but do have some padding there and going to be doing diet change and exercises change so for those just starting don't be discouraged if my numbers move faster (or slower not sure yet) as BPEL is really one of the only ways to really check accurately without the change of body fat % effecting measurements as much or water retention.

Also for those wondering I am implementing the Newbie routine [ from http://penis-enlargement-manual.thundersplace.org/newbie-routine.html ] Usually do it in between my 1 hour break of wearing the device or afterwards and I also am taking supplements, ADAM (pretty good multi vitamin by Now), Magnesium, Omega 3, Glucosamine & Chondroitin for lig repair, and Glutamine power with protein shake that has all the essential amino acids for muscle repair (as I'm working out and that the penis is partially made of smooth muscle too). Reason for all of this is in conjunction of working out to help raise HGH levels and testosterone levels which help fat burning and faster body repair with the added bonus of hopefully stronger harder erections and longer lasting ability. I just figured if anyone was curious there it is and if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I'm hoping I made these measurements accurately as there is always human error, i.e. read wrong or harder erection vs. softer one. But so far I'm liking it. After first few days it's alot easier to get myself set into the device as my stretched flaccid length seems to be getting longer. Still on the fence whether I like strap or noose better. I get better stretch with noose but it hurts to take it off even with the foam and I'm just afraid since it has smaller surface area for pull it has more chance at damaging something. Anyone have any suggestions on the noose I'm all ears or if anyone else is experiencing the same thing with a better stretch but hurts afterwards taking it off as it almost seems to (cut) into the skin per-say. Guess we'll see how I measure next week!

hey newby looks like your going all out lol. I haven't started the newby routine yet and dont plan on taking supp I tried jelqing and it didn't go over very well. once my red spots leave i'll try again with alot less intensity. I can see by your stats that you do have quite a bit of padding so you should progress well with EL if your diet works out. our BPEL is pretty close too so its nice to go through this with someone. good luck.

hey newby101 looks like your getting off to a good start I am a newby as well just completed my 3rd week of stretching. I too prefer the noose bettter. One way i found it to be a little more comfortable was to use the foam for the comfort strap with the noose. I wear the foam made for the comfort strap on my penis and wrap the noose itself around the foam i feel this reduces some discomfort and allows me to go longer and provides a better grip on the head without putting to much pressure cutting of circulation. I would def recommend this technique i found it on someone elses post in the forum and tried it and liked it and would not go back to the regular way of wearing the noose. It might not be for you but what the hell it doesnt hurt to try. Good Luck!

From looks of it our BPEL and EG are exactly the same so thats definitely pretty cool stuff, maybe our bodies will react the same so if we do something different and other is getting gains doing something else maybe it'll work. Yea I don't do jelqs very hard atm, read up alot on that happening so I'm trying to see i i can condition it first then go harder. I just tried your suggestion of the comfort foam with the noose and it did feel better, I just have to make sure when I tighten down the noose that I pull the skin down from the head, I am circumcised but that was one problem i didn't realize was scrunching the skin up and not even knowing it so I pull the skin down on top and the bottom to make sure I get the best area for stretching. Also with the base itself I usually pull extra skin down below the base so the penis then has no extra skin on the shaft itself to help with any turkey necking, and as I do have some turkey neck I'm hoping this will help solve it some by allowing the skin to stretch a bit so the skin from below no longer has to compensate for it. Who knows it might have and my eagle eye wasn't enough to catch the 1/16th growth but remember up top I explained since I'm doing a whole new workout routine and everything that my EL is (probably) going to go much faster I presume than BPEL because of loosing any fat padding that is down there. The current workout regime is the P90X and lol that thing isn't any joke if you do it like they do haha. I've worked out in the gym for awhile doing power lifting so I was never one to be concerned with loosing weight, as weight actually is helpful/needed in those kinds of lifts but now I want my beach body cause I'm still in my low 20's and ready for hunting =) Cant wait to see your numbers! Hope you had gains!

i think i understand bpel but i dont see how it can be different than el.....how do people normally measure i thought your supposed to measure it from your pubic bone and how can el change and bpel not change lol can someone plz explain this

BPEL is Bone Pressed Erect Length where EL is Erect Length, BPEL you push the ruler all the way back to the pubic bone and measure to the tip of the head. EL you just measure from what you can see on the top and not push into the skin at all. Now if you have say a 6" BPEL and only a 4" EL then one would assume you have 2" of fat pad on your pelvic. And also say you didnt do any PE at all and you go on a diet and loose 1.5" from your fat pad. Then you still have a 6" BPEL but a 5.5" EL so thats how one can change and not the other. Hope this explains it

Week 3 results are in, gain in length but looks like 1/16 loss in girth or maybe I miss read on week 2. So far so good and haven't had any bad indicator yet of over stressing. Im still doing 600grams just for 3-4 hours now when I can. Going to get an ADS/ANS and a IR lamp soon as I have yet to start warm ups. Happy stretching everyone!
