** I would like to note I'm mainly focusing on BPEL for length as since I'm loosing weight I expect my regular EL will go faster as more fat comes off. I am not a heavy person but do have some padding there and going to be doing diet change and exercises change so for those just starting don't be discouraged if my numbers move faster (or slower not sure yet) as BPEL is really one of the only ways to really check accurately without the change of body fat % effecting measurements as much or water retention.
Also for those wondering I am implementing the Newbie routine [ from http://penis-enlargement-manual.thundersplace.org/newbie-routine.html ] Usually do it in between my 1 hour break of wearing the device or afterwards and I also am taking supplements, ADAM (pretty good multi vitamin by Now), Magnesium, Omega 3, Glucosamine & Chondroitin for lig repair, and Glutamine power with protein shake that has all the essential amino acids for muscle repair (as I'm working out and that the penis is partially made of smooth muscle too). Reason for all of this is in conjunction of working out to help raise HGH levels and testosterone levels which help fat burning and faster body repair with the added bonus of hopefully stronger harder erections and longer lasting ability. I just figured if anyone was curious there it is and if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I'm hoping I made these measurements accurately as there is always human error, i.e. read wrong or harder erection vs. softer one. But so far I'm liking it. After first few days it's alot easier to get myself set into the device as my stretched flaccid length seems to be getting longer. Still on the fence whether I like strap or noose better. I get better stretch with noose but it hurts to take it off even with the foam and I'm just afraid since it has smaller surface area for pull it has more chance at damaging something. Anyone have any suggestions on the noose I'm all ears or if anyone else is experiencing the same thing with a better stretch but hurts afterwards taking it off as it almost seems to (cut) into the skin per-say. Guess we'll see how I measure next week!
