Thank you so much Penox, I wish I woulda taken my BPEL when I started as I have gained .3125" so far but who knows I coulda been smaller than that before and that means I would have gained persay more, curiosity kills me!
I can definitely be your guinea pig =D How do you want me to measure, in the x4 device or by hand pull? And what other stipulations that way we can make it as accurate as human errorly possible. i.e. you want me to stretch the entire time in the extender and then measure after an hours worth or.... measure 10 minutes in?
I am excited about your theory because it would be nice to figure out a true pattern that maybe be able to not be "exact" but give a good indication of whats going on =)
I started my first week 600 gram for 2 hours and I have for the past three been doing 2-4 hours at 600grams, do you want me to back down to only 2 hours a day 5on 2off?
Haven't been able to really do the newbie routine but maybe 6 times so far since my best friend lives with me hes literally in my room all the time =/
** oh and also it says 600-900 as I usually set grams to 1200 in the 90degree where the extender is straight out and then I put it down position I loose 600 grams which puts me back at 600 grams like I wanted, somtimes its just a smidge more thats why the 300 gram spread.
