In the meantime you could always try a heating pad. I got mine for 12 bucks, it works great. When I'm warming up my dick is very soft and stretchable. Makes my sessions much more bearable.

Here are my week 4 results!!! Officially have a 6" BPEL yay! This week I haven't gotten to really do anything on the stretcher. Still doing 600-900 for 2-4 hours 5 days on 2 days off with newbie routine. really seem to be working out =)

Congrats on the gains newb! I have a feeling I'm right up there with you in the BPEL, I measure tonight. Its fun to have someone going through this with the same measurements and start time. Hopefully your gains keep up at the same rate, you'll have another half inch in 4 weeks if it keeps up!

Thank you lil =D Fingers crossed! Can't wait to see your numbers. Yea it definitely is, did you sign up at thundersplace? they have about 3,800 spots left until registration is full and I advise you do if not yet. Long term goal atm is 7.5 BPEL and short term is 6.5 BPEL.

With thanks to treetop's Excel program at my current rate of growth it looks like I should hit it theoretically by March 18th I should have a 6.5" BPEL =) It's caculating that I only need 88k gram hours per inch so far. Of course I know gains will slow but it still looks promising to see such a low number atm since treetop said it took him 500k gram hours. I can only hope gains continue at this rate =)

Yep fer sure. I haven't had time to measure yet. I took tree tops excel spreadsheet and changed it around quite a bit, dumbing it down(thanx tree top). I'll try to put my new stats up tonight. Hopefully they are different than last weeks. Keep it up!

Yea I saw that =( I was checking all night eager to see what the numbers were. Did you download both spreadsheets the time and the measurement ones? I was confused at first how they worked because I'm not good with excel as I haven't gotten to really mess with it but after quite a bit of time and error lol I think I have it downpat and it works great =D I know how to make new months, link excel workbooks to other excel workbooks and everything else ^^

I do have one question Treetop.... How did you come up with the estimation formula for size? I dont get what the *40 is supposed to represent. I know I have some other questions but thats the only one poping out in my head atm.

Possibly hurt myself a little bit yesterday with the noose being too tight. Didn't feel any pain but happend to check myself and saw dark purple right behind the crown of the head while the head still looked fine. Pulled it off immediately and everything went back to normal color and such but I think I have psyched myself out a bit so I'm taking the day off and waiting it out. Does not hurt when I squeeze, rub, touch, pull, anything but if I don't touch it I can feel "something" I'm almost 100% sure I'm making the feeling in my own brain and nothing is really wrong but I'll just air on caution and take a rest =)

Be careful people. Even if it is a mild injury make sure you take a day off and see if it goes away. Don't keep going and then rest when you really hurt yourself as you may of then caused serious damage. I didn't realize I had overtightened, so make sure you check regularly to make sure nothing out of the ordinary is going on. This wont deture me from the noose I just know I need to be smarter next time.

Congrats!

Please keep the low grams and hours, do NOT switch it up until you have NOT received any further gains for 2 months. This will ensure you will milk every last millimeter out of the lower settings. Remember the penis adapts, you can always add more to get gains but never less.

Doing what your doing and "slowly" upping only after gains have stagnated over the course of two months will ensure you don't "skip" any gains.

Keep us posted on your stats. Also do me a favor, I want to start seeing flaccid stretch stats. I have developed a theory on them and I'm interested on testing it on your gains.

I have noticed myself is that my flaccid stretch stays 1 inch longer then my BPEL. When my flaccid stretch receives a 1/4 gain to where its 1.25 inches longer then my BPEL then my BPEL catches up by also receiving a 1/4 gain within two weeks of my flaccid stretch gain.

When I first started my BPEL and flaccid stretch were identical, then in or around the 6 to 8 week mark it was 1 inch longer then my BPEL. After that flaccid gains, then BPEL catches up shortly after.

I would appreciate any input with your flaccid stretch to BPEL stats.

Thank you so much Penox, I wish I woulda taken my BPEL when I started as I have gained .3125" so far but who knows I coulda been smaller than that before and that means I would have gained persay more, curiosity kills me!

I can definitely be your guinea pig =D How do you want me to measure, in the x4 device or by hand pull? And what other stipulations that way we can make it as accurate as human errorly possible. i.e. you want me to stretch the entire time in the extender and then measure after an hours worth or.... measure 10 minutes in?

I am excited about your theory because it would be nice to figure out a true pattern that maybe be able to not be "exact" but give a good indication of whats going on =)

I started my first week 600 gram for 2 hours and I have for the past three been doing 2-4 hours at 600grams, do you want me to back down to only 2 hours a day 5on 2off?

Haven't been able to really do the newbie routine but maybe 6 times so far since my best friend lives with me hes literally in my room all the time =/


** oh and also it says 600-900 as I usually set grams to 1200 in the 90degree where the extender is straight out and then I put it down position I loose 600 grams which puts me back at 600 grams like I wanted, somtimes its just a smidge more thats why the 300 gram spread.

Well I am doing P90X lol been really lazy so unfortnantly after my first week I stopped but today I am going to start back up and not stopping. I have (ADD) and find myself very unmotivated to do something that I'm not dedicated/interested in but I am going to go back on my low dosage and start to be more productive. I don't take it because I don't want to take it, but I realize my serotonin, dopamine levels and others are low which is why without it things just don't stick with me. Plus taking it I hardly ever eat which is no good so I have to start forcing myself to get some calories.

I'm currently 10-20lbs over weight but not really fat, I have my stomach but not huge by any means. I do power lifting but want to do P90X for shape now as I am currently single to get ready for the beach and cardio for stamina / better nutrient/oxygen delivery with less strain on the heart. Current weight is 212 in a 6'0 frame but I fluctuate between 210-220 depending on how much liquid and food I eat that day.

Don't know if you read below what my dietary supplements I take but if not no worries here it is. -->

I strongly believe increased testosterone levels and increase HGH levels will boost the bodies natural healing abilities and help decrease chances of hurting oneself. Plus the added bonus of more fat burning, I would assume better libido, and overall general health.

If that wasn't the answer you were looking for please ask again lol but more specific. I am not a huge caffine person and I mainly just drink water all day long. I take all supplements at night right before bed with orange juice and 3mg of melatonin.

Bone pressed flaccid stretch. Pull with your hand, you can use tissue paper to get a better grip "I do at times".

Just do this with your other measurements. Thank you.

Alright but I measure before I stretch that way it's more accurate to what I actually posses and just incase if I get to fatigued afterwards and can't put up a nice hard erection. Buy ok I'll do it with the other measurements unless you say otherwise.

This week I haven't really gotten to stretch as the last 3 days I took off due to bruising on my glands from the noose. Tomorrow I'll probably be able to stretch but not really expecting gains unfortunantly :(
