I laughed when I read that pfm. There have been many times when I also spent a lot of time fastening, adjusting, refastening, correcting for slipping, etc. I often wondered if others go through this ordeal too. Some days my fingers get sore from cranking & uncranking the thumb screws. I have been making progress, and that makes it all the more worth the effort.

And then there is the time spent warning up, pre stretching by hand, warming down, jelqing, etc. If I were not retired and at home, my progress would be less, I am sure. PE for 6 to 10 hours 7 days a week, Xleeve-ing inbetween hours.

Dangler I think you misunderstood what I was talking about. I have a vein that runs sort of parallel to the ridge of the glans. The vein was fine when I used the strap, but the strap is too difficult to conceal in public. I started using the noose so I could wear the extender and go about the day unnoticed. The noose applies a more concentrated pressure in the area it contacts, while the strap pressure is a little more distributed in the contact area. It seems no matter what padding I use with the noose the area of the vein becomes bruised and I have to rest for a number of days for healing. The repeated 4-5 days rests is halting any progress I can make and is very frustrating.

I finally came up with a solution that distributes the pressure by threading the noose through a chopped up strap and so I have a sort of comfort strap-noose thats completely adjustable and concealable. I'm now pressing again.

I don't mind adjusting tension, lengths and all the usual things that go with stretching, but repeated bruising due to an inconvenient vein location just throws a wrench into the works and brings all stretching to a stand still.

If you have a solution for wearing the strap outside of the home or in the home with family members around, please do share. What happens with me when I wear it down, the pull tabs press against the fabric of the pant leg and looks very odd even with baggy jeans. When I wear the strap in the up postion the strap is above the waist of the pants, the loose ends of the strap pushes the fabric of the shirt out and again this looks very odd. I tried something to wrap around the strap but then the bulk of the strap and wrapping becomes a big lump and again is not easy to hide. That noose is much easier to conceal; is my only option for wearing outside of some private area where the strap is not a problem.

I hope you understand the problems I'm speaking about, and something a warm wrap/sock doesn't solve.

Thanks for the rest of the story, pfm. You might want to check out a product that converts your X4 to be able to fasten by vacuum to your glans, leaving the problematic vein area untouched. At least I think so...

On wearing the X2 out of the house, I would not trust my infamous shrinking glans. Damn thing keeps wanting to escape from being fastened if I am upright. Even more pesky if I am moving about. Seated/laying is all I can do.
For outside the house, I wear my Xleeve with a 9oz endcap weight.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm currently using the modified noose successfully and I'm back to doing 5-6 hrs of stretching. I also decided not to stretch at maximum tension for now but to stay at 1200 grams. So at this time, my third day of using this configuration, I'm feeling like I'm back on track. I actually did this noose through partial strap a while ago, but I found some padding that was helping some. The padding took longer to bruise the vein but eventually it started happening again. This was never a problem with the strap and I would have stayed with the strap if I could find a reasonable solution to wearing it about unnoticable.

Well, I went back on my word and I used the penis pump last night. I was a little curious to see if there would be any negative effects or other. It actually was a real positive experience, I had meant to just pump before the point where the lymphatic fluid started to build up, but I eventually just let it go till I filled the girth of the two inch tube. I kept the vacuum as low as possible and monitored it carefully during the session.
One thing to keep in mind for myself is if I decided to pump regularly again, I stop before fluid build up, otherwise it will interfere with the stretching and I'll start seeing the bad side effects of overpumping again.

You can make a Vac attachment yourself. The problem I had with the one I made was getting the penis into it. Annoying as hell, I don't know if a thinner stretchable latex would work or not so I scrapped it. I am just doing 2 to 3 hours a day on the highest tension. Newbie routine and BTC anytime i think about it.

Have you started doing the BTC and sitting on it? I think this is a silent contributing factor in my gains. Also have you been monitor flaccid stretch growth? I am interested in pulling some theories with a few members on this. My flaccid stretch growth seems to come first and then EL comes right after.

But it could just be pure coincidence, but I am interested to see if anyone else has noticed a pattern. And stay away from pumping, its bad, bad, bad. I could clamp before I would pump. And you can't get me anywhere near clamping.

Increase in flaccid stretch length prior to erect length increase also seen by myself. I had also see this subject posted about, maybe here or Thundersplace, however I don't recall.
On pumps/pumping. I have one with a gauge, and never go above a certain vacuum for a fixed amount of time.

Pumping is something you want to research about safety & limitations or you can cause yourself problems. It is one tool of many available for PE.
From Thundersplace I use this type of guidance for pump sessions:
Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day

Month 1 2x20 min/5days/week
Month 2 2x20min/4days/week
Month 3 2x15min/4days/week
Month 4 2x15min/3days/week
Month 5 2x10min/3days/week
Month 6 2x10min/2days/week
Month 7 1x15min/2days/week
Month 8 1x15min/1day/week

I took another four days off, had guest and it gave the old bruise some final healing time. Its good to be back in the saddle again is all I can say.

As for the penis pumping; I've pumped for over ten years on and off. The pump I use is actually a hospital grade breast pump with cycle time option and adustment for vacuum setting. It is a really nice pump to use and has advantages over a continuous vacuum pump which requires constant monitoring. Since this is not a pumping forum I'm not going to go into details of pros and cons of pumping.

Back to the extender, I was happy to see that I didn't appear to have any losses which requires falling back on extension rod length and reduced tension. I'll just limit the number of one hours sessions to around three and build back up to 6 sessions.

Good to hear you recovered and back at it again. Have you been monitoring your flaccid gains also? If so I am interested in hearing about them.

Also I tried your band aide trick and it allows me to continue use of the noose and avoid skin stretching under the gland. The strap caused much more loose skin, the noose eliminated most of it but still caused some". Stretching it flaccid by the gland and then applying a band aid stopped skin from bunching up then getting stretched.

Your use of the band aid was for different purposes but it at least sparked my interest enough to use it for eliminating stretched skin under the gland and it works. So thanks for posting about it.

Hi Penox,
I'm finding I have less time to stretch while I'm unemployed then when I was working full time with OT. I think it's due to an established routine and some understood rules. I wasn't even able to stretch yesterday which is disappointing.

I only gauge my progess by length in extender, I measure occasionally EL and BPEL but make no records. My progress this past month or so has been slow due to experimenting with different ways of wearing strap, noose and padding. I've settled on my setup finally and hope to start seeing increases again. I'm using the noose thats laced through a cut strap its probably been the easiest and has been very comfortable. It even allowed the bruise to heal while wearing it, the noose with padding constantly aggravated the bruise. Another thing that is interesting is that with the noose and the strap I noticed that the glans, it's angle was being tilted upward. I had read in other forums that long term use of extenders tend to cause a new problem with the glans tilted upward essentially a new curvature problem created by some extenders. I don't see the problem with how I'm wearing it now, though I did see it with both the strap and noose supplied with the X4.

The bandaid idea was not mine, I found it in a post somewhere ... I'm glad its helping you though; it did help me with two problems I encountered over the past three months.

Approaching the 4 month mark and still hanging in there; though I'm spending less time here in the forum. I'm at a point now where I can stretch at 1600 to 1800 grams for an hour or two. I'm finding I have time to do an average of four hours a day.
I've added another half an inch to the extension bars which hasn't happened in sometime.

Basically I'm still pleased with the purchase and the product.

I've basically settled on a combination that I feel works for me, the changes I made to the strap/noose to accomodate me are still working well and I've had NO bruising. I strap in with no special padding with this combination and can handle 1800 grams for over an hour. I'm hoping everyone here is doing well and are enjoying their extenders.

pfm its good to hear from you.

I do two to three hours a day, with the band aid i can hit 1 hour sessions. So two or three band aids and I am good for the day.

I am still gaining it went from seeing gains from every 4 weeks to 5 or 6 but still all good to me. I am shooting for the 7.5 BPEL still. I am hoping after this week I only have 3/4 to go. I say that now but IF i hit it I can see myself shooting for 8.

You have to measure like crazy, because visual results are misleading. For example, I was overweight once, i lost several pounds and visually i could barely tell. Basically you had to look at pictures for it to register to me. It takes awhile for the brain to register. I see no visual difference in my penis other then it looks healthier, more veins and looks muscular, I literally have to pull out a ruler and see the 6.5 to ensure myself "okay" its bigger.

I think you should measure weekly on EL/EG and flaccid stretch length/girth. When you can see it climb its really motivating.

And also, get your butt back on the forums more often again =)

Its been a while but I'm posting some observations and thoughts,
I've been bouncing between 3.5 to 4.0 inches of extension, and the noose and my hybrid strap the past few weeks. I'm finally settled on the 4.0 inches of extension and the near max tension. I've given up the thick padding I was using due to slippage at 1600+ tension and I'm using the original foam a small segment of the original length with the noose. My penis is finally adjusted to the noose with the oem foam and the high tension. I'm still doing one to two hours sessions for a total of fours hours a day. I've tried six plus hours a day and it ends up being too much stress for my penis. As I'm at max tension my objective is to slowly increase the hours worn over the remaining year. I seem to be stuck and not seeing increases currently, but I'm sure that its more of a slower rate of increase and not a some limit that I've reached.

My thoughts are: I'm very pleased that traction to increase penis size is viable, but you have to have endless patience. I've been at the point of quitting many times because of problems with bruising a vein, and etc. I made a promise to myself to see it through a minimal of one year and thats what I'm going to do. I'm still getting alot of itching when I'm not wearing the extender and while I'm wearing the extender its seems more comfortable up to some point.

I've been looking at the competitors websites and there has been alot of redesigns, some very interesting. Its encouraging to see the changes because I believe this is a growing trend / market and anything that is an improvement in the products should benefit the user.

pfm, I'm glad your still with the efforts and posting back on the forums.

I have conditioned my unit enough I can strap it in for an hour. I have been clearing the 2 and 3 hour mark daily with ease.

I live in the mid west so the weather and all the canceled work and snow days have literally killed my PE time. But I'm almost at my length goal. I'll probably measure today since I haven't in three weeks to get a grasp on where its at. I have been DIEING to hit the 7" BPEL mark. That gives me half an inch to reach my length goal then I get to finally start my length maintenance routine and my girth work.
