Hi,
I've been reading on the board about how alot of users of the x4 extender have problems with the straps or noose slipping or coming loose, and how they use bulldog paper clips and other tricks to remedy this. My suggestion is that you (x4 labs) should try and develop some sort of locking or fastening system for the straps and noose to remedy this problem, the penimaster extender already has a locking mechanism for the straps to prevent slippage, the makers of the penimaster say they've patented it though, but I'm sure you can come up with some mechanism or system that will accomplish the same purpose. Just an idea that you should consider. Thanks

If you need a guinea pig for any new developments look no further. This is a great product, but just by reading these forums I think you can find several ways to improve even further - and no one said these upgrades have to be free. Charge a nominal fee to sell upgrades as a spare part of retrofit to older units. That might help justify the time and money spent to develop such upgrades.

i HEAR YOU GUYS, BUT I WONDER IF X4LAB IS -- THEY ASK FOR SUGGESTIONS ETC AND WHEN YOU GIVE THEM A VIABLE ALTERNATIVE IDEA TO HELP THEM, YOU GET IGNORED.
i POSTED AN IDEA ABOUT A WEEK AGO TO FIX THE NOOSE FROM SLIPPING. i ALSO WENT TO A LOT OF TROUBLE TO PRODUCE A MODEL OF THE DESIGN IF NOT JUST TO PROVE IT'S EFFECTIVENESS, AND IT PROVED TO BE 100% AND ALL THIS FALLS ON DEAF EARS, SO WHAT AM I TO DO. tHE IDEA IS SIMPLE AND DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY MORE MATERIAL TO PRODUCE, JUST A RE-ARANGEMENT OF THE HEAD MOULDING. SO AM I TO -- THROW IT IN THE BIN, OR SELL IT TO THE OPPOSITION????????//?

I also, having looked at the Penimaster locking tabs for their comfort strap, would also advise, ask, plead with X4Labs to also come up with a device or method to secure their comfort strap from slipping/loosening.
