trynagetbig - Your goal is to stretch the suspensory ligament. So you stretch until you feel strong pulling at the top of the base of the penis. You work up slowly to 1800 gms over time (about one month). It doesn't matter whether you get this isolated stretch at a stretch length greater than, less than, or equal to your BPEL. So when some guy says they stretch 1/2", 1 or however much greater than their BPEL, just remember that their penis is different than yours. That's what they need to stretch THEIR ligaments. BPSFL DOES NOT RELATE TO BPEL. When the erectile chambers plump with blood the penis will reach a length less than the stretch length. A good analogy is you can stretch a sausage casing, but once you fill it it will be shorter. So I can't tell you how your optimal stretch will relate to your BPEL. You'll tell me.
