There is a cluster of nerves in your penis on the top side (dorsal) that can be damaged and cause long term persistent pain if you over stress your penis or bruise that area.

Mitosis is the name of the process of cell division. When you stretch a cell enough it causes the cell to divide (mitosis). This is something you want if you want your penis to get larger.
