I have decided that I will not respond to posts in which the author has decided to ignore the rules of letter capitalization.
There is no excuse for not taking the effort for using the shift key, not in my book.
People from other parts of the world, may use this forum, and not be able to understand this jargon.
While on my rant soapbox, I will express my dislike for the butchering of words and "cell phone/text chat" abbreviations. I most likely will defer helping that poster to someone else.

ex: jus cuz u dun lik it, tuff
translated & reconstructed: Just because you don't like it, tough !

Perhaps user "ADMIN" will add to the new user rules.

I would have to agree with Dangler about the use of correct grammar and spelling. There are so many fine points to a problem which helps the reader to understand clearly what the user is experiencing if composed properly. Additionally, it can help individuals struggling with the English language to properly phrase their questions or solutions.
The forum is a global community and some awareness of that is essential to a smooth running forum.

We are in agreement. If you post on the free PE forum Thunder's Place, you must adhere to the posting rules that say you must use complete sentences, no texting abbreviations and they even have a spell checker. If you don't abide by their rules, the moderators (of which there are many) will let you no in no uncertain terms. There have been a few "texters" on this forum in the past 3 years I've been here and they have been politely told to use the King's English to include capitalization, punctuation and proper spelling. It is only a courtesy to all of us so we can better understand what you are saying. Clear questions or comments generally get clear and rapid responses.

Thx 4 listnin.
