Need help

Postby thegame311 on Mon Feb 08, 2010 8:29 pm

hey guys im going 2 need alot of help i;ve actually owned the extender for quite some time now but have't really used much and havent seen any results, maybe i wasnt puttin it right. So I use the comfort strap with the extender and apply 2 notches down.

problems

- once i strap myself in i notice that the strap slides off and after staying at a bad spot for a long time it begins to hury and become ice cold and looses feeling, probably stops blood circulation

- also at the bottom the base i guess blocks off something i guess comming from the testies so that to

- last thing is how long and shoould i sleep with it? tired it sometimes but keep getting a hard on and should i use the foam thing around the head of the penis?

Shift key helps, please use it.

You are at too much tension or pull (second line), that is likely to be the cause of 1) slipping and 2) circulation problems.
I can't see that you are ready to sleep wearing the extender, until you work out the difficulties you have encountered, and build up some tolerance.

I am not sure what you are referring to when you write about the base blocking/testes.

The foam comfort pad (thing) is there, if you find it helpful. Others have posted about alternative ways & materials that they have used to make wearing the extender comfortable or to help with slippage.
This is a long term endeavor, requiring you to be patient. It is not a device meant to be "cranked" up to the max, so that you can accomplish in one month what usually takes several months. You try to max it out & you'll build scar tissue, not extra length.

Lots of good posts for your reading pleasure.

Yes, scar tissue is resistant to stretch/growth.

Hi thegame311,
Dangler is saying that you are using too much tension (second notch) to start from. You need to build up to that tension and develop the tolerance for the higher tension.

As for the slippage, if you jelq with oils before stretching you will be too slippery for the strap, make sure your penis is clean, dry and oil free before strapping in. If your shaft is thicker then the corona of your penis there may not be enough ledge to hold back the strap from slipping. There can be many reasons why the strap won't hold. A second option is to try to work with the silicone noose; the noose for me has the tendency to pinch skin if I'm not careful. I currently use the noose; I found that I had to condition my penis to tolerate the noose. I can wear the noose now for one to two hours at a time without problem using the stock padding cut down to one and a half inches to cover the top side of the penis.

The base is usually kept in place by the base/shaft of the penis. If you have a thin shaft it may allow the base to slide down and dig into the scrotum area. You might try using a baby sock or some foam to keep the base from moving around too much.

Don't try to rush the process you'll end up hurting yourself, you don't want internal scar tissue, this can lead to lots of issues you do not want.

I believe pain is a good indicator that you are overdoing or incorrect usage.

thegame311,
If you look through the forums, you'll see that on the average that 20-30 minute sessions are typical starting out. Just do what you can and eventually as you work with the extender, the sessions may get longer in duration and you will solve the slippage problem. By the way, slippage will occur even after several months of usage, just not as often.
