A question and tip from new user. First the question. Does anybody know if adding gentle pumping to the PE program gives any benefit. My thought is that after stretching and causing micro-tears, the pump allows a gentle continued increase in circulation similar to jelqing or milking. The hope being that this would help in producing more girth. By gentle i mean 3-5hg for 10 min max. Enough to increase blood flow but not enough to cause distorted lymphatic swelling.

Next, the tip. I have found that doing gentle pumping has increased (temporary I'm sure) the size of my head which has made strapping much easier and now no slipping. As a result I have been able to increase the strength of stretching. Just wanted to pass this on.

Hi Doc. I'm new to this also... about 2 1/2 weeks into it. I am also using a gentle pump after stretching based on the same logic you are using.

Since I haven't been stretching for very long I haven't really seem any gain in length, but I have noticed a small gain in girth which I attribute to the pumping. I currently stretch about 4 hours/ day (2 hours twice per day), and then pump for about 15 min after each stretch.

Also, before stretching I do a short jelq to make my head bigger, then I strap in. I use TT's method of strapping in... it seems to work well for me.

Glade to hear that. I am short of three weeks and will do my measurements after 4 weeks. I do know my girth has increased (pump?) and my flacid state is definately hanging longer (extender!). My wife knows I am doing this but I never ask her opinion. The other day she commented that it was looking larger when flacid. Felt great. I hope this combination works. Can't wait until I measure in one more week.

Pump if you want it quack but its not permenant...go with the extend.
