This is my progress

Been wearing this extender for a month now.. 4 hours - 1 hour break - 3 hours for 5 days a week... it wasn't a pleasant memories tho.. its hurt, its make you feel uncomfortable.. and its ain't easy to hide either.. however, a man got to do what a man got to do..

Started out at only 13cm EL.. as at today I have only gain 0.5 cm in EL.. that sure is ridiculously small for all the pain.. for someone who set 19cm as a target EL.. I might need years to reach it.. I'm now putting some additional efforts.. taking those L-Arginine and L-Ornithine protein as well as vacuum pump it at the end of the day. Still gonna wear the extender for the same duration as previously.. hope I could reach at least 15cm EL in the next 2 months for someone's birthday..

Not gonna measure until then.. please wish me luck!

Sixshot -- I believe you started out to fast. Start at 600 grams for 2 hours a day, 5 days on 2 days off. Incorporate the newbie routine from thundersplace.org and use hot wraps like your life depended on it.

Less is more for the first 3 months.

I dont know, but i m on the optimistic side perhaps. I think 0.5 cm in one month is really fast. You ll gain 3 cm in 6 month perhaps. Then you ll be 16 cm, and 16 cm is enough to be pleasurable to girl. So what is 6 month in your life ?
