Hello Everyone,
I just ordered the Extender Deluxe. I was doing some research and really like the description of the hybrid system. I'm hoping to get close to what the calculator states at the end of the year.
Currenly I do light jelqing and was doing some vacuum pumping. From that I've seen a little more then a half inch increase. I'm hoping I can get some better results with the extender.

i switch back and forth between the noose and other holder. it seems to help.

Hi there pfm and all,

1.i'm a newbie with this thing, just got my gold extender yday and been struggling with it yday..i got a lot of Qs, but at the moment i want to know if using vacuum pump doing any good to accelerate growth of inches to the penis. is it effective?

2. Since u (pfm) mention that u been using the pump, how do u use it?i mean, how many times per day or per week, how long, etc?

The posts indicating very modest gains after a year of almost daily use and numerous hours a session give the impression that there may be a lot of over training going on out there. The science behind the use of the extender referances body-building in that the penis tissue is stressed and then allowed to recover. If one were to vigorously excercise the same muscle group daily, with the exception of the abs, one would find that the muscle would gain very little mass if any and possibly atrophy if stressed too much without proper nutritional support.

I've gained a full inch in length with intermitent use over about 6 weeks. I use lots of dietary supplements. Aside from vitamins and minerals I ingest essential fatty acids, a green superfood supplement and l-glutamine in a form optimized for body-building. Also I apply a salve after each session that is formulated with comfrey and a number of other herbs in a olive oil-bee's wax base. Comfrey stimulates cell reproduction and greatly excelerates healing. Simply Google "comfrey salve" and you'll find something.

I started using X-4 one and a half years ago; I try to use it 7 hours a day 4-5 days a week; After one and a half years I have gained about 1.8 inches.
