Sorry the only information that isn't there, is that I am maxed out with tension...everytime. But as you are still some what new to this, take your time to do it right, if you go at this too fast, it isn't a good thing!! DO NOT MAX OUT RIGHT AWAY!! Slow and steady is the only way to go! If you have ANY question's along the way feel free to ask anyone at anytime, as the owners manual that came with your extender is lacking in much detail. And there are alot of people here who are more then willing to help out. Later
